HOW DO I CHOOSE A TREATMENT TYPE?

Bodywork benefits your health no matter which type you choose. I suggest reading through all the descriptions to determine which resonates in your heart and feels the most nourishing and restorative. I welcome the chance to discuss your individual health and wellness needs as well. I am happy to make a recommendation for an individual treatment or a treatment plan. If you are a first timer, I offer a special introductory appointment rate so you will be able to experience a full session and let me know about you and your treatment needs and intentions.

HOW DOES A TREATMENT SESSION BEGIN?

I am happy you are here and I welcome you as perfect just the way you are! I will offer you a glass of filtered water before your treatment. We will settle and chat for a few minutes about your treatment goals or intentions. Then, I will exit the room to give you privacy as you disrobe to your comfort level and between the sheets of the treatment table. After a few minutes, I return and the treatment begins.

 WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

That is your choice. It is entirely up to you as to what to wear or not wear during your treatment. I honor your personal boundaries and preferences. I protect your privacy by draping your body with a sheet at all times. I uncover only the body parts I am treating. It is important to me that your treatment feels comfortable and safe and I will make any changes at any time to insure you feel this way during your whole treatment. HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Cash, check, and credit and debit cards are all accepted. You may pay via credit or debit card at time of booking or at your session.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the appointment.
